This notice contains the terms and legal conditions that govern the web site Stillill.co.uk. Users of Stillill.co.uk accept and agree to respect all the conditions included in this declaration.
If Users do not accept these terms, LOVE5 reserves the right to ask the Users to refrain from using the web site. The access and the use of the web site are for personal use only.
The visualization of the web site provides Clients with product information and the possibility to purchase merchandise.

PRODUCTS AND IMAGES ONLINE

LOVE5 srl declines every responsibility that, due to a particular configuration of a client’s computer or to malfunction, the colours of the products visualized on the web site could appear to be slightly different from the original. Images on stillill.co.uk belong to LOVE5 srl and any unauthorized use of these images without the express written consent of LOVE5 srl is forbidden.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Items featured on the web site reflect the actual availability of the item in colour and size. Once the order is processed by the Orders Department, LOVE5 srl reserves the right to re-confirm the availability of the merchandise, verify the transaction’s validity and check the Client’s record.

PROPERTY- COPYRIGHT & TRADEMARK

LOVE5 srl is the owner of the website and its contents. This includes, but is not limited to, the documentation, images, characters, design, music, software, codes and format scripts. The material included in the web site is protected by copyright. Reproduction, modification, transmission, re-publication and/or re-distribution to third parties for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited without the express written consent from LOVE5 srl. LOVE5 srl does not allow the use of the web site’s contents or the trademark for any other purpose than what is written above.

SHIPMENT INFORMATION

LOVE5 ships worldwide using DHL EXPRESS delivery. As required by International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports, all shipments from LOVE5 srl are accompanied by an invoice declaring the exact total value of merchandise purchased in Euro.
SHIPMENT DATE Orders are processed for shipment from LOVE5 srl in Milan, Italy, from Monday to Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (CET). Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. LOVE5 srl ships worldwide using DHL EXPRESS delivery. LOVE5 srl shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of LOVE5 srl.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

Once LOVE5 srl proceed with the creation of the shipment label, clients receive a notification from DHL specifying the tracking number. To track a parcel, go to www.dhl.com/en.html and insert the tracking number indicated in the E-mail.

SHIPMENT INSURANCE

LOVE5 srl shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage at no additional cost to the client. Once the shipment reaches the destination, the goods are no longer covered by the insurance.

AUTHORIZED SHIPMENT DELIVERY

Upon delivery of every order, Clients are asked to inspect the box carefully BEFORE signing for the receipt of the merchandise. If the Client receives a box that had been opened by the Custom or by the Courier from external inspections, the parcel would be resealed with a control security seal. For any reason, if the box looks tampered or the official adhesive tape is NOT intact, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event, that the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered, be sure to open a claim immediately with the local DHL Office and contact LOVE5 srl at info@stillill.co.uk.

UNSUCCESSFUL SHIPMENT DELIVERY

If for any reason, an order from LOVE5 srl is not successfully delivered to the Client’s address due to a lack of cooperation from the client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per the commercial agreement, the package risks being sent back to Italy at the Client’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.

SHIPMENT DOCUMENTS

As per International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports all LOVE5 srl orders are shipped out of Milan, Italy WITH AN OFFICIAL INVOICE declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in Euro. IT IS ILLEGAL TO DECLARE LOWER VALUES OR THE ITEMS AS GIFTS AS PER INTERNATIONAL IMPORT REGULATIONS.
